Questions before you start
Do I need an iPhone?
No. The $12.50 Desktop plan works in a modern desktop browser. Choose the $17 bundle if you also want iPhone access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Both plans renew monthly. Contact support from the email used at checkout and we’ll help you cancel.
Does CadetCatch identify people automatically?
No. It ranks visually similar faces to help you review faster. You always decide whether a photo is actually your cadet.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is sent securely only to perform your search. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
