How does the photo matching actually work?
CadetCatch uses facial-similarity search: it compares one clear photo of your cadet with faces in the indexed event-photo collection and ranks likely matches. It suggests — you decide. It never guarantees an identity or decides who is in a photo.
How much time does it really save?
A big photo drop can run to hundreds or thousands of images — and after Day One haircuts, every face looks alike. Instead of opening each one, you review a ranked shortlist. Most families go from a fresh gallery to saved finds in minutes.
What happens to the photo I upload?
Your cadet's profile stays on your device. The reference photo is sent securely to the search service only to find matches — never used for advertising or tracking. Details in our privacy policy.
What does it cost?
The app is free to download. A one-time photo check or single photo unlock is $1.99, and Family Monthly is $12.99/month with unlimited searches and family invites. Purchases go through Apple.
Can my spouse and family use it too?
Yes — Family Monthly includes spouse, family, and cadet access invites, delivered by email and redeemed with the invited address.
